Welcome to HANDIO.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and HANDIO LLC ("HANDIO," "we," "our," or "us") governing your access to and use of the HANDIO website, mobile applications, software, administrative portal, and all related products, features, content, and services (collectively, the "Platform").
By creating an account, accessing, browsing, downloading, or using any portion of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, as well as any additional policies incorporated by reference, including our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Payment Policies, and any other policies published by HANDIO.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.
HANDIO reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Updated versions will become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the Platform after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. About HANDIO
HANDIO is a technology platform designed to connect individuals and businesses seeking temporary labor, services, or project-based assistance ("Job Posters") with independent workers offering their services ("Workers").
HANDIO facilitates introductions and provides technology that enables Job Posters and Workers to communicate, schedule services, process payments, and manage job-related activities through the Platform.
HANDIO is not a staffing agency, temporary employment agency, labor broker, contractor, employer, or employment service.
HANDIO does not recruit, employ, supervise, direct, manage, control, or evaluate how Workers perform services. Workers independently determine whether to accept opportunities, the manner in which services are performed, and whether to continue providing services.
Any agreement to perform services exists solely between the Job Poster and the Worker.
HANDIO is not a party to any agreement for services entered into between users and does not guarantee the quality, legality, safety, timeliness, suitability, availability, or outcome of any services offered or performed through the Platform.
